COMPANY PROFILE

The Company of E W Edwardson (Electrical Contractors) Ltd was originally established in 1918 and has undergone many changes since then to be where it is today.
The original Board of three Directors took over control of the company in 1988 and have managed to accomplish a steady growth throughout that period building on their considerable experience and knowledge of the electrical contracting industry including housing, industrial and commercial installations, maintenance and repairs etc.  Following the retirement of one of the original Directors and the addition of three new Directors in 2009 we hope to  have  secured  a  brighter future for the company for many years to come  
Another step taken to keep up with the ever changing aspects of the industry is the total commitment to inspecting and testing, a requirement very much to the for with the implementation of the 17th Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations BS7671: 2008. In the past 15 years the company has carried out the complete testing of  properties for Fife Council, Dundee District Council, Fife Health Service, Fife Primary Care,  Angus District Council and Perth and Kinross Council  including schools, homes for the elderly, police stations / headquarters etc producing full and comprehensive manuals complete with schematic diagrams.
